Bella Rosa's Cottage

A comfortable covered veranda greets you arrival. A quaint high set cottage built in the 1920’s tastefully renovated but still retaining the charm of the 1900’s. The veranda is north facing and is the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying a quite glass of wine or enjoy reading the Sunday paper with a good coffee or pot of tea.

The Bella Cottage is separate from the shop, however, close enough to stroll over for a coffee or a tasty meal, but far enough away to ensure your privacy.
A log fire adds to the ambience of the cottage on a cold winters day or night. The fire is perfect for ensuring your comfort during the cool winter months. There is ample wood provided for your use. The bathroom has a reverse cycle air conditioner for those cold frosty mornings.
There are sleeping arrangements for 6 with 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and beautifully decorated in lavender tones. The second bedroom is decorated in green and cream tones and has a queen size bed with 2 single beds. This room was originally 2 rooms, but the removal of the central wall has allowed a spacious area to make yourself at home.
The kitchen and bathrooms are modern with electric appliances including reverse cycle air conditioning, electric hot water, oven and microwave etc.
Unfortunately the cottage is high set with several steps. Wheelchair access is not available.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, electric fry pan, kettle, saucepans, toaster and towels.
Plunger with fresh coffee beans, teabags and drinking chocolate supplied. A fresh supply of delicate pastries will be waiting for you on your arrival.
LOUNGE ROOM
Has a Stereo, TV and DVD Player for your enjoyment.

VERANDAH
Has 2 deck chairs waiting for you for your morning coffee or afternoon wine session while you bask in the sun.
BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY
Has electric off peak hot water system, reverse cycle air conditioner, front loader washing machine and dryer. Luxury towels and face washers are provided.
BEDROOMS
All beds have been fitted with electric blankets.
