We offer guests the elegance of a long ago era of high teas with fine china, cloth serviettes and beautifully decorated tables. The Tea Rooms have been totally renovated and decorated to reflect the new dining elegance. Bella’s Tea Rooms also offer Breakfast and Lunch menu as well.

Green Teas
Gunpowder -	Each leaf is tightly rolled into a ball which 					‘explodes’ during infusion. An interesting process 			which requires a longer infusion time from finer
			cuts of  tea to produce a light green liquor with 
			a medium bright flavour.
Ginger & Lemongrass -A quality green tea with a strong 
		lemongrass flavour and a hint of ginger produces a 			subtle cup where the ginger sweetens the tea
Chun Mee China- This Chinese green tea is hand rolled from
		long fine jade leaves, producing a clear pale yellow 			brew with a soft flowery taste.
Sencha-	A Traditional Chinese green tea which is an excellent 
		accompaniment with food
Bolero-	A blend of natural fruit flavours complemented by 	 	     blue cornflowers and marigold flowers with green tea.
Peppermint- A beautiful blend of Peppermint and Green Tea 
              makes this tea very refreshing

Rooibos
Original-	A slightly sweet aroma translates into a gentle 
			woody flavoured brew that is mild and pleasant 				with a smooth after taste
Mango-	Rooibos blended with mango fragrance, fruit pieces 
		and bright sunflower blossoms
Vanilla- An infusion of traditional Bourbon and the finest
		Madagascar vanilla Bean with Rooibos
Chai-	This is Nat’s (the cooks’) favourite. It is a slightly 
		spiced, fresh tea with a sense of sweet and creamy.

Black Teas
English Breakfast- A traditional blend of highly aromatic teas
 		from China, India and Sri Lanka.  Produces a 				slightly sweet and full-bodied cup.
Earl Grey 	A classic blend of fine China teas flavoured with 
		the oil of the citrus fruit bergamot. This fragrant tea 			has a refreshing citrus flavour with a mellow after				taste.
100% Darjeeling- Often referred to as the Champagne of teas.  		Darjelling is a black tea with green tips.  This much 			sought after tea produces a complex aroma with a 				flowery cup with a light well-balanced flavour.
Keemun China Black -Keemun is a full flavoured slightly smoky 
		tea from the Northern Provinces of China.        
Assam-Grown in the Assam region of Northeast India this tea 		    has an earthy aroma and a robust, slightly malt flavour.
 	    Often referred to as the 	coffee drinkers’ tea
Lapsang Souchong -	A long leaf black tea which is roasted over 
		an open fire to achieve an intensely smoky aroma.
Yunnan-	A mild, smooth black tea from the Western Chinese 
		province of Yunnan
Apricot-	China Black teas blended with apricot oils and yellow 
sunflower blossoms.  This is a mild cup of sweet black               tea with a gently fruity flavour.
Tropic Star-	An exotic combination of rose petals, with tropical fruits, mango flowers and natural essences in a black leaf tea. 
Blood Orange-	A unique blend of black teas with blood orange 
		oils and fruit pieces which produces a distinctive aroma 
Black Currant-	Black teas are blended the finest black currants, 		and natural green blackberry leaves.  An intensely 
		aromatic flavour permeates the cup.
China Rose-	A strong black tea is blended with natural rose 
		blossoms producing a pronounced floral aroma
